You can permanently delete your Galaxy Reclaimer account and the data associated with the player profile. In-game deletion is available in Galaxy Reclaimer 0.3.31 and newer.
Delete in the game
- Sign in to Google Play Games with the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Data and account → Delete account.
- Read the first warning and choose Review deletion.
- In the second dialog, confirm the irreversible action with Delete forever and wait for the completion message.
The game sends the authenticated request only after the second confirmation. This operation cannot be undone. On completion, active sessions are invalidated, local data and pending queues are cleared, and using online features again creates a new player profile.
Request by email
If you cannot access the game, email pb.bs4u@gmail.com with the subject “Galaxy Reclaimer — account deletion”. Include the pilot name and the approximate date when you last used the account.
Do not send a password, purchase token, session token or full payment-card details. We may request limited additional verification to protect the account from an unauthorized request. We will respond without undue delay and no later than the deadline required by applicable law.
What is deleted
- the public pilot name, score and leaderboard visibility;
- the link between the publisher profile and the Google Play Games identifier;
- active API sessions, unused game-run tokens and optional diagnostic events;
- community blocks and profile data used by game features.
Active entitlements and pending virtual-item deliveries are ended. Limited anonymized purchase, refund and anti-fraud records may be retained for the period required for financial reconciliation, refunds, disputes and legal obligations. An anonymous receipt proving that deletion was completed is retained for 365 days.
On-device and Google data
Deleting the publisher account does not automatically erase data stored only on the phone or information managed directly by Google.
- Delete local data through Android's “Clear storage” action or by uninstalling the game.
- Delete Saved Games data and the Play Games profile through the relevant Google Play Games account settings.
