Version 1 — effective September 9, 2026
The only player-authored content made public by Galaxy Reclaimer is the unique pilot name shown in the global leaderboard. Score and ship level are generated by the game. There is no chat, messaging, image upload or free-form profile description.
Pilot-name rules
A pilot name is 3–16 characters and may use Latin letters, numbers and underscores. It must not:
- abuse, harass, threaten, or incite violence or hatred;
- contain sexual, obscene or age-inappropriate material;
- impersonate another person, Babiak Studio, administration or support;
- advertise, spam, or include contact details or other personal information;
- promote fraud, cheats, account trading or bypassing safeguards;
- infringe the law, trademarks or another person's privacy.
A player must accept version 1 of these guidelines before choosing a public pilot name.
Reporting and blocking
In Galaxy Reclaimer 0.3.31 and newer, each leaderboard entry exposes a random technical entry_id that does not reveal a Google Play Games identifier. Choose Report or Block on an entry. Report reasons are offensive name, impersonation, spam, cheating or another violation.
The report form does not accept free-form text, reducing the collection of personal data and form abuse. Blocking immediately hides that pilot's entry from your leaderboard and can be undone.
If the in-game tool is unavailable, email pb.bs4u@gmail.com. Include the pilot name and approximate date of the incident. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, session tokens or payment-card details.
Moderation and response targets
Open reports are reviewed at least once on every business day. The response target is 24 hours for a credible safety threat or clearly unlawful content and 72 hours for other reports.
The operator assesses the pilot name, selected reason, report history and available evidence. A sanction is not based solely on report count. Actions may include hiding an entry during review, restoring it after review, or permanently banning the profile from the leaderboard. Every decision requires a concrete reason and is recorded in an audit trail.
Appeals
Appeal a decision at pb.bs4u@gmail.com with the pilot name and approximate incident date. Another person reviews the appeal when available; otherwise the same operator performs a new, documented review.
Retention and account deletion
- open reports — until reviewed;
- closed reports — 365 days;
- moderation decision audit — 730 days;
- anonymous account-deletion receipts — 365 days;
- blocks — until undone by the player or either account is deleted.
Account deletion removes the public profile, sessions, diagnostics, run tokens and blocks. The pilot name and Google Play Games and entry_id identifiers are irreversibly disconnected or replaced with random values. Anonymized records needed for purchases, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations may remain for the necessary period.
